Dare I say Christmas is less than a month away!? Between now and then we will do our best to give you lots of Organizational tips to keep your Christmas sane this year. Check out a few of my tips before you start wrapping your Christmas presents.
I’d love to hear how you stay organized at Christmas time. Or maybe you have a question about how to stay organized at Christmas. Let me know at candice@mommywho.com!

Bulk up NOW!
- No one wants to be running around stressed the week of Christmas trying to find wrapping paper that has already been picked through. Stock up on all you Holiday wrapping, boxes, bags and tape now so you don’t run out when you need it most.
Skip the bows!
- Let’s face it, the wrapping paper and bows are pretty and all, but what is inside counts! Save money and time by skipping the bows this year.
Get the kids involved!
- Here’s a great idea if you have kids that love to help out and love to draw. Wrap your family’s presents in brown butcher paper, or white wrapping paper…give your kids markers and crayons and let THEM get creative! They will have fun doing something different and you can continue wrapping. Plus the grandparents will love the personal touch.
Go Green!
- You know if you really wanted to be extra green this year you could use newspaper to wrap your gifts. The comic section is always great for wrapping children’s presents and you could use the business section to wrap adults gifts.
- Another idea I presented a few months back was using old belts to wrap around your packages. This is such a cute idea and really looks creative.
- Save! Save! Save! After unwrapping gifts at Christmas always keep things you know you will use next year (boxes, bags, possibly paper). We always get a few years out of most of our Christmas bags.
HAPPY WRAPPING!
